Meet your Coaching team
Patricia Alderman, CHP
Trish Alderman is a Mind-Body-Spirit Coaching Practitioner and a professional member of the National Council on Family Relations whose work focuses on guiding clients through goal-oriented sessions aimed at in-depth personal and interpersonal self-improvement. Trish’s training includes integrative life coaching, hypnosis and NLP, mindfulness, habit-based behavior change, stress management and relaxation, performance enhancement for sports and fitness professionals, and relationship enrichment techniques grounded in the principles of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) personality inventory.
Trish earned her MS in Management from the University of Maryland and is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Education degree at USSA. Trish is a decorated 9/11 military veteran and the recipient of a Joint Service Commendation Medal from the National Security Agency earned during Operation Enduring Freedom / Operation Iraqi Freedom.
In addition to the coaching services that she provides at The Newport Clinic and at several NewportBeach area chemical dependency treatment centers, she also conducts private mobile and distance sessions serving clients in the greater Los Angeles area.
Pierre-Etienne Vannier, CHT
Pierre-Etienne Vannier graduated from the International Business School of Tours, France, and has a Master of Science (MSc) in International Management from the University of Sherbrooke, Canada.
He has been working in the field of skill-building and community empowerment since 2005. He specializes in dealing with stress and trauma (with a focus on stress management, trauma recovery and behavioral change). He integrates clinical hypnosis, mindfulness and NLP to teach his clients approaches and strategies designed to build resources, foster resilience and sustain long-term progress.
His community work includes volunteering with organizations supporting people living with HIV/AIDS and/or low-income populations, as well as training field hospital volunteers during the Egyptian Revolution. For eight years, he worked with the United Nations Development Program, supporting people living with HIV/AIDS and at-risk populations. He has offices in Burbank, Altadena, and Newport Beach, CA, and serves an international clientele via Skype.
